date: 27 April 2020; location: in Hamburg, Germany, in my garden which is close to a park with large trees and a pond;
about 7-8 mm; is it Silba fumosa?

Hi Volker
Sorry this is not Silba fumosa - its a Lonchaea species perhaps of the L. laticornis group. Silba fumosa has entirely black tarsi and usually a quite obvious orange-yellow fringe to the calypteres.
