Ch. vernale has the femora 1 and 2 black on the base,so this is not the case. so for me is more like festivum (if the yellow band do not reach the margin) Amalia |

Could be either one (the bases of femora are not visible) - but going by my gut feeling, C. festivum. At least here in the North, C. festivum is common in many habitats, C. vernale much less so and mostly found on dry meadows.

In Poland I found both species on wet forests. Ch. vernale for sample Alnus glutinosa forest(not dry and cold) |
