Yes (you are wrong). Clearly, a male of the Exorista rustica group. You overlooked, somehow, the strong appendix to bend of vein M. Theo |

Thank you Theo! The inner area of lobes of sternite 5 is covered to the edge with yellow pubescence which makes it a Exorista rustica. (Strange that I missed the appendix of the m-vein). |
