Hello, today I photographed this tiny fly (ca. 2-3 mm) on the island of Ameland, the Netherlands. Anybody who can assist with the ID? Thanks!

Thank you! Interestingly the number of reports of this species are increasing in the Netherlands, and the 4 most northern records are alle from the last few weeks.
