Looks like Oxyna flavipennis female (though the setae are poorly visible)

Hallo Val, thanks for your answer and your time to help us, it is very dufficult to get an proper foto from setae, of course, for more fotos the fly had 'no time', it went away. We called this fly Oxyna flavipennis, female. best wishes Angelika/Reimund |
