please help to get more ID, if it is possible.

This fly was about 4-5mm, the hostplant is unknown.

Looks like Oxyna flavipennis female (though the setae are poorly visible)

thanks for your answer and your time to help us,

it is very dufficult to get an proper foto from setae,
of course, for more fotos the fly had 'no time', it went away.

We called this fly Oxyna flavipennis, female.
