tiny fly - Ephydridae?

Hi,
These pictures are so bad quality that I hesitated to show them. I tapped this small fly off on a wood edge in southwestern Germany (20 km west of Stuttgart) on April 12th. As the wings show a weak pattern, Ephydridae come to mind, but I am not sure if we can find out more. So I'd like to give it a try!
