Please identify flies Dryomyzidae. Slovak Republic, Malá Fatra, approximately altitude cca 550 m a. s. l. Length approx. 5 mm. Thank you very much for your help. Best regards. Fote date: 08. 05. 2020.

It is a syrphid, Brachyopa sp. I am unable to determine it up to species.

r5 is curved backwards apically in Hammersmidtia, see https://diptera.info/photogallery.php?photo_id=4388
Thus this Slovak fly should be Brachyopa.

I would say, Brachyopa scutellaris would not be a wrong guess. Yellow scutellum and humeri are not so common in this genus.
