I think it's Lucilia, but if someone were to say it's a muscid, I wouldn't be surprised!

I'd go for good old Lucilia sericata with this one, - it's got a single ad on T2, pale basicosta, frons looks fairly wide, 3 post ac, but I know what you mean about the Muscid look - it's the way the dusting is showing so strongly, and the fact that we can't really see the M vein clearly.
