I caught this Psychodidae last week in a yellow pan in Almere Netherlands. Does anyone know which species this could be? https://waarnemin...182695820/. |

Thank you Jérôme! That is a good option. I checked now with Freeman 1950 and it indeed looks like P. minuta (syn P. spreta), although I don't see the ascoids. Is there any more recent literature which is good to use for identifying Psychoda? |

Hi Paul, for the most recent literature, you can have a look to Jezek' studies; he is quite often presenting genital drawings in its papers. You also have the studies of Vaillant, but they are quite older. However, in all cases, drafts of genital pieces are scattered in the literature... Jérôme |
