Well, there is also Discomyza baechlii Zatwarnicki & Mathis, 2007 in Europe. I do not have this paper. Hopefully, Ephydridae experts would give you species name. For the time being, letś only say: Discomyza.

On the third image it looks as if there is a reclinate orbital bristle, so it might well be baechlii.

Unfortunately the fly is not in good condition. Some bristles on the head are missing...

It is Discomyza incurva. Frons of D. baechlii is more dull and brownish.
