 Hybotidae, very likely Oedalea cf. tibialis.

What about O. stigmatella? It is most common Oedalea in Finland.

 I don't have a key for Oedalea, but using https://www.spess...dalea.html it seems that O. tibialis has black hind tibiae while these of O. stigmatella are pale.
NB there are others with dark tibiae so a lateral view could help to be sure.
