What fly?

Can anyone help me to identify this fly?
I took the picture of the first one on October 12 2007 in my garden in Putte, The Netherlands and the second one (I believe this to be the same species) today.

Looks like Dexiosoma caninum to me ... small eye and long, orange legs Smile
