Hello

Today, I took photos of this small fly in my garden. I think it's a Platypezidae, but I don't know this family. Is it possible to say more on this picture ? Thank you in advance.

Maybe something like a male Platypeza consobrina ?

I don't have more lateral view, the fly flew away before I tried to take other pictures. Sorry.
