SW France about 10 days ago. Body length around 10 mm.

Quiet for a few seconds on a banana leaf in a rather wet area.

Can we go to the species ? I cannot without a doubt (P. fuscata).

Not so sure it is a male Phaonia actually. Could it be Hylemya ?
