Have a nice Day. One Question please. Is this a Syrphidae species? Can it be identified more precisely? Unfortunately, I only found this one photo in my archive. I would be very grateful for an answer. I'd say it is a very dark Episyrphus, due to low temperatures. Note the vittae on thorax. Theo |

Hello Theo thank you for the answer of dark Episyrphus. Then it's a dark Episyrphus balteatus. This species can also be found quite late in the year. Kind regards Karl. |
