Paul, thank you. I'm not a specialist in Diptera, of course. But the proportions of body (not colour) of this fly more resembles Cephalia. Can it be come species of Cephalia, for example, and not Ulidia?
Besides, the Ulidia's I find in the Gallery, they are brilliant, and this fly is matt black?

Cephalia rufipes normally has at least some reddish tinge on head and thorax but perhaps there are other species on your area. Let's wait for Valery.

Pavel, thank you again. I did not find images of other species of this genus, and this fly is really black. Yes, let's wait.

I think it's Homalocephala sp, maybe Homalocephala angustata.
