Paul, thank you. I'm not a specialist in Diptera, of course. But the proportions of body (not colour) of this fly more resembles Cephalia. Cephalia rufipes normally has at least some reddish tinge on head and thorax but perhaps there are other species on your area. Let's wait for Valery.

I think it's Homalocephala sp, maybe Homalocephala angustata. Ben |
