Hi, I wanted to raise a Syrphid from a pupa, but it was parasitized. Now I want to know if a closer ID is possible. Could it be Campocraspedon (Edit: probably Syrphoctonus)?. Also, can the syrphid host be named? The pupa was found end of August, on Chenopodium. Edited by Carnifex on 20-11-2022 22:34 Cheers, Lorin Font Color All requests are from the urban area of Vienna, if not otherwise stated. My Diptera observations (and other living forms) can be found here, and corrections or comments over there would also be appreciated. |
