Yes, should be male Phaonia rufiventris.

Another vote to Phaonia rufiventris. One of the easier species to recognise in this huge genus.

How diagnostic are the extremely long last antennal segments? Fonseca's key doesn't draw attention to them, but I've not seen any as long in other orange Phaonia species.
