Hi Nikita,
finally I've found the pictures. Hi Nikita !,
It is a female of Tephrochlamys flavipes (Zett.) (3 dorocentral bristles, crossveins darkened, subcostal area (cell) also, and a cheek bristle as in other heteromyzinae present !.
