Tephritidae - Rhagoletis ?

Hello, I observed this diptera on the 9th of July in Guines in the north of France. I think of a Tephritidae but I don't find the species maybe a Rhagoletis ? Cordially maxime |

Similar to Urophora affinis. Contrasting yellow scutellum and long oviscape are typical of the genus.
