Thanks for taking a look. Found at the Wright Brothers Memorial in coastal North Carolina, USA on the sidewalk next to a very large field. There was a small drainage ditch with some water in it near where this individual was found. Thanks for the help! Found July 7, 2007.

hmm... another mistake. it seems to have calypters! ok. Is it could be a Parydra?? |
