This is funny looking midge, very common in Portugal. It is a difficult shot with standard equipment due to small size, dark colours and fine detail. I believe it is a Pericoma fuliginosa but there might be other smilar species (like the one in he gallery). Thanks,

Clogmia albopunctata. The commonest drain fly species. Cosmopolitan.
