Northern Germany, Schleswig-Holstein, Pinneberg-Waldenau near Hamburg, between a housing estate and an edge in the mixed forest Klövensteen, nearby a little pond for fishing, at the metallic railing of a footbridge (beneath birchtrees, pinetrees and oaks); 15th of September 2025; photos (only from that angle): kuv.
Please help for ID.

Thank you very much John Smile and Bruno48 Smile. As I have no other view of the midge, I think for the result I have to change headline in Exechiini sp. (Mycetophilidae).
Greetings Kuv
