What kind o beetle?

 Hi,

I would like to identify this small beetle (about 4-5mm) found in a very wet environment, 20km west of Paris. Deciduous forest.
Any idea of the family/genus? Thanks for your help!

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
