What kind of Myopa?

I found this Myopa (?) on the 27th April at noon on a meadow in south-west Germany.
Can anyone help me with ID?

Thanks, I'm not sure as I did not find this beauty yet, but the very long snout and dark colour may be: Myopa picta.
