Hello fly-readers, 18 September I found a fly on the flower 'Leucanthemum vulgare'. I tried to identify this fly, but it is difficult (for me) first I thought it was Muscidae spec. but some characteristics made me doubt. Shape of (back)bodypart is short and round, like Musca autumnails(or can this variate in these flies?) Stripes on back and backbody are more like Muscidae spec. Size about 7mm Robert Heemskerk Edited by Robert Heemskerk on 22-10-2005 11:12 |
