Observed 3. june 2007 in my garden close to hardwood forest a little north of Copenhagen, Denmark.Could it be Epistrophe flava(ochrostoma)?

I think you are right with flava. I also thought at grossulariae, but it has the antennae black..last wait for other answers.

Hmmmm, such Epistrophe's are very difficult from a picture, but I would also guess flava!
