Hi,
on a slope at a hill in the Vienna surroundings I found several Epipactis orchids attracting considerable amounts of mosquitos. Is it possible to get a species ID?

All requests are from the urban area of Vienna, if not otherwise stated.

My Diptera observations (and other living forms) can be found here, and corrections or comments over there would also be appreciated.

Dahliana geniculata (formerly in Aedes). The majority are females. The one in flight is a male. Interesting observations!
