Hello, I observed this Diptera the 20th of August in Calais in the north of France. I think of a Phaonia angelicae, what do you think ? Cordially maxime ![]() |

seems ok but difficult to be certain with these photos. i think that i see a phaonia bristle and two rows of posterior setae on the mid tibia but it is difficult to judge accurately. other characteristics match. John and Nini. Naturalists not experts. |
