 Hello,

I observed this Diptera the 20th of August in Calais in the north of France. I think of a Phaonia angelicae, what do you think ?

 seems ok but difficult to be certain with these photos.
i think that i see a phaonia bristle and two rows of posterior setae on the mid tibia but it is difficult to judge accurately. other characteristics match.
John and Nini. Naturalists not experts.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
