Interestingly I can not recall that this fly has been posted ever on diptera.info. If I am not mistaken this is around Musca osiris. I saw this or similar species also in Hungary. This is an agile fly, always attracted to sweat, but not easy to capture it on a photo. Difficult to know where the fine hair comes from. I would say the eye is not hairy.
