 Can we ID this female specimen pictured on 2018-06-27 at Ben-Ahin's reserve (Belgium, Huy) ?

Possible Xylota tarda Meigen, 1822 ??

Normaly femur 3 must be larger apicaly for C. nemorum ?

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
