 Berlin - May 2018 - female

I do not know where to begin with this one. Hopefully someone can help me reach a genus.

eyes bare, palpi are black, arista short-haired, prosternum is bare, 2+3 dc, 3 brown stripes on thorax.
any ideas?

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
