Same: 09 okt, park in Moscow, on fallen leaf, 1-1,5mm.
But metallic, redish eyes, another setas on leg.

Hello Nikita,
This is a member of the family Sphaeroceridae. Normally very well identifiable by it's third leg, because tars 1 of this third leg is short and thick. In this picture that is not so visible, but also it's head and antennae are quite characteristic!
