Hello,
Northern Germany, Hamburg-Rissen, Wittenbergener Ufer, walking path along the river Elbe, many bushes like maple, hazel, poplar, wild roses, at tansy (Tanacetum vulgare), 29th of August 2017, (Photo: kuv). Please help to get the ID.

I think,...this could be Delia echinata / quadripila.
Both female look very similar.....

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
