ID please. I found this appr. 6mm fly, reminding me of Stomorhina obsoleta, but seemingly different, at a university campus in Shenzhen, Southern China, 50m above sea level. Di you know the species from these picrtures? Thank you so much, Jörg

Thank you very much, Theo. Rhinia sp. sounds rather convincing, although I cannot find a lot on them on the web. However, it looks very similar to the Rhinia apicalis in Diptera Gallery!
