Looks like either Linnaemyia or Peleteria.
IF the eyes really are bare, it should be Peleteria.
I can't see the Peleteria-bristles, however,
o yes, I see one under the right eye.
SO Peleteria spec.

Yes, also no ocellar bristles.
Eyes are really bare
