Sepedon spinipes (Sciomyzidae)
was my result when I tried to ID this marshfly with the British delta-intkey.
I hope at least the genus is right ;-)

location: NE-Germany, Brandenburg: vic. Doberlug-Kirchhain, ca. 50m asl., 27.05.2012

Try looking within Elgiva ;-)
especiallae antenna are different compared to Sepedon

Now I see, only 2 species in Germany. My guess is on Elgiva cucularia (grey thorax).
