Fly on Mango flowers, Shot today (14-Nov-2017), in Chennai - India
Body length approx 6mm.
Please suggest, Family/Genus.

I have been observing these past one week. This is a skittish fly and I have been getting only blurry photos.
Please let me know if image of a particular part or a certain view would help in ID.
