Periscelididae (?) larvae in a Bromeliad

This tiny larvae (3 mm) was found inside a Bromeliad phytotelma, in Ubatuba, São Paulo, Brazil.
Is it a Periscelididae? "Stenomicra" can be found in such habitats, but the morphology is a bit different...

Any help is appreciated.

There were some tiny adult Brachycera near the plant, here are some pictures:
