Photograph taken on 21 October, 2017 in the wetlands of the Suárez Pond, Motril, Granada, Spain.
Immediate area of the Mediterranean coast.
Apparent size with wings, about 2 mm

That explains what I couldn't find any suitable species with Ebejer's key.
