A hoverfly species from Bulgaria

This hoverfly species was photographed by me near Banderitsa, Bulgaria on 23 July 2017. I believe it is a Chrysotoxum species, possibly C. festivum but would be very grateful for confirmation or correction of this from an experienced dipterist.
