I would say a female Dysmachus fuscipennis. I would be much happier if I could see proper thick bristles on the underside of front femora. I hardly can see two in the second picture...

But it is enough! Smile The bristles are there!! Wink It has to be Dysmachus fuscipennis. I cannot say 'it is' because I am not familiar with Russian robberflies. However I believe this species is rather distinctive. It truly should be. You can name it 'Dysmachus cf. fuscipennis' and you keep in the safe side Wink
