This fly (about 12 mm) was observed on 14-05-2017 in a garden (Lower Saxony, Germany). Can it be identified?

In Germany only Lasiopogon cinctus is known and rather common. With cf you are safe.....

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
