Is it possible to confirm genus from that single picture ?

 My guess is Eliozeta helluo (male), but I am not an expert, and this is not an easy sp. to ID...

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
