I would have to start with the beginning Perhaps this is Pseudocollinella septentrionalis. |

As your specimen has four pairs of marginal setae on the scutellum, I don't think it can be Opacifrons (=Pseudocollinella). I suspect it is a Leptocera species, but I wouldn't suggest which without the specimen.
