This is Efferia (s.l.) sp./ (probably Nerax sp.). -- different sp. from previous fly laying eggs. (This subgroup of Efferia has many Neotropical spp.).

In Dutch some would use it as plural, for 'exemplaar' (exemplar or specimen). Ten exx. then is ten specimens.
