In first time I noted exorista but if Isearch on the forum it seem impossible.
I hope this only picture is enough to id.

The colour reminds me of Lypha dubia but I can't see median discal bristles so I might be wrong.

The wing venation differs from Lypha, the apical crossvein is very straight here and very curved in Lypha.
So this leave another early spring option: Campylochaeta praecox.
But it's not sure, this ID
