Dioctria cf. hyalipennis

I found this Dioctria sp. in a camping near the little village of Salbertrand in Susa Valley, Piedmont (Italy) at 1000 mt above sea level, on June 25th. Is it possible an identification?

To me this seems to be a very fresh specimen of Dioctria hyalipennis.But i am not sure.
