Hi! Can anybody help me to identify this fly? I found it this summer (June) in Austria, near to Vienna...

The modified middle tarsi, combined with the very broad wings suggests Sciapus platypterus.

I should have pointed out that this is a male. The female has much narrower wings, and is less easy to identify.
