Looks like Cylindromyia rubida to me, but I am not an expert, so it is better to wait for an expert's opinion!

awkward I couldn't see it Grin I think it is the correct species! Thank you alot!
But I couldn't find any records from Turkey, is it known from Turkey?

C. rubida is present in Greece and Bulgaria (and elsewhere along the northern Mediterranean) so Turkey is not a surprising place to find it.

Yes, I saw that it was recorded from Greece. I agree that its presence in Turkey is very probable but is it officially not recorded from Turkey?

I can only add that I photographed it in Rhodes (Rhodos), which is about 18 km from the Turkish mainland.
